The maintenance and ongoing development to keep our non-profit and idealistic platform for contemporary art running and safe from hackers etc. costs money that is no longer there. Because of small investments that are necessary now and the running costs, we will have to shut down with a heavy heart at the beginning of summer on June 21.
FindArt nenne ich die Kategorie der Dinge und Objekte, die ich irgendwo gefunden oder im Alltag entdeckt habe oder die nebenher bei der Produktion anderer Arbeiten – als Beiwerk – entstanden sind, sich also quasi selbst geschaffen haben. Ich stelle diese Dinge zusammen und dokumentiere sie. Bei manchen Objekten besteht meine Arbeit "nur" noch im Finden eines Titels. Früher hätte man wohl ARTE POVERA zu dieser Werk-Kategorie gesagt.
FindArt is what I call the category of things and objects that I have found somewhere or discovered in everyday life or that have arisen incidentally during the production of other works - as accessories - in other words, that have virtually created themselves. I put these things together and document them. With some objects, my work "only" consists of finding a title. In the past, ARTE POVERA would have been called this category of work.

FindArt or by-product, I name things and objects that I have discovered or found or that I have found at the
production of works. In other words: They have created themselves. I merely present these things and document them.
